Senior night planning guide
Senior night is a fixed date on the calendar. The schools that pull it off without stress all do the same thing: they start early and plan backward from the ceremony. Here is the full timeline.
Ordering too late. Unlike a fundraiser, you cannot extend a senior night to wait on production. If your ceremony is in October, you want your design approved by mid-August. When in doubt, start sooner. We would rather build your blankets early than rush them.
This is the part that trips schools up. Senior night does not move. Design approval plus production runs about 6 to 10 weeks depending on the fabric tier, so the most important thing you can do is start early. Plan backward from the ceremony date, not forward from today.
Pull together every senior's full name, jersey number, position, and graduation year. For multi-sport athletes, decide which sport's number goes on the blanket. This list is what drives per-athlete personalization, so the cleaner it is, the smoother production runs.
